Scotland's WKF Guaridan Girl, Amy Connell, features in three WKF Podcasts

The World Karate Federation (WKF) recently launched a brand-new podcast: World Karate Cast.

In collaboration with Kaizen Culture, the hosts are Mitchell Durham and Nathan Blockley. The podcast, which is featured on the WKF's YouTube Channel, aims to deliver two episodes every month bringing you event highlights, exclusive interviews, and insights from across the Karate world.

Scotland's Aimee Connell has featured in three episodes of the World Karate Cast and shares her thoughts, insights and challenges she's faced.
